About me

b. 1986, HK.

Product Manager / UX Designer , Photographer & Videographer.

For me, it is important to work and grow in a place you believe in, a place with the same core values as myself, a place where I’ll help build products while ethically using design to enhance people’s lives, not drain them!

That was what drew me to UX and Product Design in the first place.

I come from a different background than usual to UX design, I do think that this background is what gives me something extra. Over the years, I gained management, customer success and marketing skills working with a range of clients in the media industry.

Through that I learned empathy and optimism, to be friendly, dynamic, innovative, well organised and to work with people and learn from them.

Now, as part of a career change, I have completed a 3 month UX Design course at General Assembly, where I developed my expertise in UX Design and Research methodologies such as usability testing, design studio, facilitating workshops, conducting user interviews, creative thinking, A/B testing, wireframing and prototyping, working in teams in an agile environment, producing user-oriented solutions and presenting to stakeholders.

I’m empathic and optimistic with a friendly approach, dynamic, well organised and I enjoy working decisively to deliver user-focused products in a fast-paced creative environment.

If you would like to learn more about my experience in UX and PM

“…Thank you for being incredibly kind and supportive for the past 10 weeks. You've lead with empathy and patience and most of all an incredibly big heart. Understanding that everyone comes from different backgrounds and therefore bring their different perspectives. Thank you for your humour and bringing a lighthearted mood to periods where everyone was stressed out of their minds. …''you're the rock in midst the wind and the waves at the coast line, holding down the fort''. So thank you…”

Outside of work I’m a proud father and husband, I love to cook and worked as a cook in a few restaurants in my previous life.

I love to go for walks together with my family and explore new places, and of course, my other great love for taking pictures.
